    Brandon, sorry for the delay. I am not being notified of messages left here. Yes CBT interventions include deep breathing, relaxation, and thought-challenging diary keeping. These can be used for those with anxiety.

    I have a question about this too. What are strategies that are different from the CBT versus behavior FOR?

    Behavioral FOR is more about modifying or enhancing behavior in order for skilled learning to occur. Such as setting explicit rules, clear structure, positive reinforcement, time-outs, cooperating with others, sharing, anticipating consequnces, tokens/rewards, behavior contracts, biofeedback to teach self-control, shaping, chaining, modeling, and desensitization.
