Behavioral FOR is more about modifying or enhancing behavior in order for skilled learning to occur. Such as setting explicit rules, clear structure, positive reinforcement, time-outs, cooperating with others, sharing, anticipating consequnces, tokens/rewards, behavior contracts, biofeedback to teach self-control, shaping, chaining, modeling, and desensitization.
