- Refunds will be provided for any course within 48 hours of purchase, as long as no more than 10% of the material or course is viewed.
- No refund will be provided for any downloaded materials, including PDFs, books, and documents.
- Tutoring sessions can be cancelled and refunded up to 48 hours prior to the session.
- No refunds are provided for practice exams.

- We reserve all rights to our website and materials, except as explicitly granted in these Terms of Service.
